Hannu Nyman ccdca27a72 luci-base: remove deprecated radvd from ucitrack ...

Cleanup /etc/config/ucitrack by removing 'radvd' affect item
from network, as the radvd package has deprecated by odhcpd
and odhcp6c in 2014.
