Manish V Badarkhe 9b4abb05f8 fix(romlib): gate RSA jump table entries ...

This fixes undefined reference to mbedtls_x509_get_rsassa_pss_params
in jump table when build with USE_ROMLIB=1 and  KEY_ALG=ecdsa
